Daniel J. Miller

Daniel J. Miller is an associate of the Snyder Litigation Team, having joined in 2004. Miller concentrates his practice in securities law, complex civil and business litigation, medical malpractice and catastrophic injury. He acted as a member of the trial team representing multiple plaintiffs against the largest corporation in the world, ExxonMobil, in a ground-breaking Multi-Billion Dollar law suit.
Miller earned a B.S with honors from John’s Hopkins University and graduated Cum Laude from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law. It was during this time that he served served as a litigation fellow and served on the moot court board. Mr. Miller has long been involved in the legal industry, starting his storied career in 1995 and has since served as the lead litigation technology advisor for many multimillion dollar cases across the nation. Mr. Miller strives to be an active member of the community and has served on many boards, including the American Red Cross and the Jewish National Fund. Miller has received accommodations for many of his endeavors. The include a 9-11 accommodation for aiding search and rescue efforts at ground zero of the world trade center and has served in a joint Israel-American army program in the first Gulf War. Miller relieved enlisted soldiers, so they could go home and be with their families.
Before Mr. Miller had joined the firm, he served as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, which has equipped him with years of invaluable experience in the securities industry.
