Ruth Stein is a legal nurse consultant who works on each of the firm's medical malpractice cases from inception to trial. She possesses a unique understanding of complex medical issues and is an expert in the critical analysis and review of medical records. She screens cases for merit, organizes, summarizes, translates and interprets medical records, retains experts, and performs medical research. Ms. Stein brings her specialized education and clinical expertise to the medically related issues of the litigation process.
Ms. Stein received her nursing degree from Adelphi University in New York and has practiced nursing at NYU Medical Center. She has been involved in the analysis, preparation, and trial of medical negligence cases for the past thirteen years. Her prior experience defending medical negligence cases gives her a unique perspective. |
